Economic Movements & Investment

Our economic movement and investment work grows from a belief we've held for a long time: reinvestment matters, and the way resources move tells a story about what we value. We see our business as a tool for transformation, moving beyond transactional exchanges and toward relationships that strengthen people, organizations, and communities.

Why This Work Matters

This is the part of our practice that asks us to pay close attention to how resources flow through relationships and communities. Some of those resources are financial. Others are knowledge, time, mentorship, skills, trust, and care.

We believe all of these forms of investment help shape the future we're building together.

Beyond Traditional Models

We remain honest about the role money plays in the systems we navigate while also imagining other ways of resourcing the work. That means creating opportunities that honor expertise, lived experience, labor, and community contribution, even when those contributions don't neatly fit within a budget line.

Building What Comes Next

We don't have all the answers, but we're committed to experimenting with reinvestment models that strengthen the broader ecosystem. Through shared investment, coaching, partnerships, and creative exchange, we're exploring what a more connected and community-centered economy can look like.

We don't have all the answers, but we are committed to figuring out what is next in our reinvestment models.
