Service costs range from $2,500 to $7,500, depending on the scope and duration of the engagement.
Capacity Building: Trainings & Workshops
We provide a broad range of customized training and workshops tailored to meet the unique needs of your organization, delivering impactful and relevant outcomes.

Our core offerings cover topics including cultural responsiveness, unconscious bias, communication, health equity, and board development as well as essential skills development for staff and movement builders. Workshop costs vary based on duration, with base rates ranging from $1,700 to $2,500.
Coaching
Our coaching services empower individuals and teams to elevate leadership skills and support both personal and professional growth.

We offer customized coaching for leaders and executives, focusing on enhancing strategic thinking, decision-making, and team dynamics. Our services also include career development support, conflict resolution, and performance management coaching to drive results and foster collaboration. Coaching sessions are 60 to 90 minutes and are priced between $250 and $360 per session.
Community Programming
Our community programming services are designed to foster engagement and support within local communities.

Our offerings include educational program series and resources that encourage collaboration among community members, organizations, and stakeholders. Community programming services are priced based on the scope of the project, with costs typically ranging from $3,500 to $10,000.

At The Cadence of Social Impact, we offer our Airbnb space as a unique venue for organizations and businesses to host retreats, workshops, and community programming. Designed to foster collaboration and empowerment, our space is ideal for events focused on leadership development, team-building, wellness, and social impact. By booking our space, you’ll not only create an inspiring environment for your team or clients, but you’ll also support our mission of advancing equity, inclusivity, and sustainable development. Proceeds from all bookings go directly to funding our community-driven initiatives and grant programs. -

Grant Writing
Our grant writing services are designed to support nonprofits in securing funding to achieve their mission and goals.

By partnering with us, you gain access to skilled professionals dedicated to understanding and articulating your mission in a way that resonates with potential funders. We provide comprehensive grant writing services that include researching potential grants, understanding the specific needs of your organization, and crafting compelling grant proposals.

Retainer Fee: $5,000
This fee covers the initial work of:
Conducting thorough research to identify potential grant opportunities.
Understanding the nonprofit’s needs, goals, and unique positioning.
Beginning the grant writing process, including drafting initial proposals and letters of intent.
Percentage of Grant Proceeds
The industry standard range for grant proceedings is between 5% to 15%. We propose a 10% fee of the grant proceeds, which is within the typical industry range and balances our investment in your success with a fair return on our efforts. -
We adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines regarding payment for grant writing services. Some grants, particularly those from federal or state sources, have restrictions on how much can be paid from the grant funds for administrative or consulting fees. We ensure compliance with these regulations and will work with you to tailor our agreements accordingly.

We understand that each nonprofit has unique financial constraints and needs. We are open to negotiating both the initial fee and the percentage of proceeds based on the nonprofit’s budget and our track record of success. Our goal is to create a mutually beneficial arrangement that facilitates the successful acquisition of grant funds.
